Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Quex Activity Centre and yourself.
Prices
Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Ticket Policy
All persons entering Quex Adventure Farm Park must hold a valid ticket for their experience. The sale of tickets by anyone other than Quex Adventure Farm Park is strictly prohibited.
All tickets are non-transferable, not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer for value. Tickets will only be exchanged or refunded if Quex Adventure Farm Park, in its absolute discretion, chooses to do so. For the avoidance of any doubt, pre-booked tickets are non-refundable in the event that admission is refused or relinquished for any reason referred to in these Entry Conditions. Tickets booked online will be delivered in accordance with our delivery procedure. If tickets are bought on behalf of other guests, the buyer accepts these Entry Conditions on behalf of every guest and shall ensure that these Entry Conditions are complied with by each person in the group.
Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by Quex Adventure Farm Park. Children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.
We will endeavour to ensure that as many attractions as possible are available for use by our visitors. However, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and change the programme of attractions and/or attraction operating hours. Quex Adventure Farm Park in its absolute discretion reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the park at any time or to restrict the number of persons having access to the park.
The reason for any closure or restriction provided by this condition may include technical or operational reasons, capacity, inclement weather, special events or to ensure the safety and security of visitors or if Quex Adventure Farm Park reasonably considers the circumstances so require. If the whole Adventure Farm Park is closed for any of the reasons set out above, we reserve the right to offer substitute tickets for admission on an alternative date.
Cancellations
Quex Adventure Farm Park accepts no liability if an event must be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes an act of God, change in governmental regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
If the event is postponed due to any of the above reasons, then Quex Adventure Farm Park will reschedule all tickets that have been affected to an alternative session.
Quex Adventure Farm Park do not offer ticket refunds unless an event is cancelled. However, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative session of the same event (subject to availability) up to five days before a performance. A £1 charge (per ticket) will be made for this service. If it is not possible for Quex Adventure Farm Park to reschedule your booking a credit note will be offered.
Goat Walking & other Animal Based Experiences
In the event of heavy rain or other particularly inclement weather your experience may be rescheduled at short notice for animal wellfare reasons.
Bouncing Pillows
- Injuries can occur on the Bouncing Pillows as with any physical activity. Use of the pillows is at visitors own risk.
- The pillows will be closed in wet/damp weather as the likelihood of injury can increase. No refunds will be given in the event of Bouncing Pillow Closure.
- The bouncing pillows may be busy during peak periods so queues can be expected.
- Unruly children who pose a danger to themselves, or others will be ejected from the pillows.
- Socks must be worn on the Bouncing Pillows and may be available to purchase from the shop. This cannot be guaranteed.
- Adults can assist children on the Bouncing Pillows. Adults without children are prohibited on the Bouncing Pillows.
Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Memberships are only able to be purchased online.
2. We are expecting our membership options to be exceptionally popular and due to their competitive pricing are strictly limited in number. A waiting list will be in operation in the event that demand breaches our limited number.
3. Each Member will be issued with their own Membership Card, which must be presented upon each visit to gain entry to the Farm Park and any associated discount. Each Member will commit to holding the contract for a minimum of 12 months. A Membership will be for a minimum of 12 months as contracted and then continue until we receive a 30 day written notice of termination of said contract via letter or email.
4. In purchasing a Membership, you will become a Member and therefore you will be entitled to admission to Quex Adventure Farm Park for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject always to these Terms.
5. You are entitled to visit Quex Adventure Farm Park during its standard operating hours, details of which can be found on our website. Quex Adventure Farm Park reserves the right to alter the validity dates at any time, for any reason. Membership does not include free access to our large events for example, but not limited to, The Elf Express or Trick or Treat Trail.
6. In the event the whole family do not become members, additional visitors will be charged at standard rate with accompanying adults charged the 'not accompanying a paying child' price.
7. By paying for your Membership by direct debit you are agreeing to make a minimum of 12 equal monthly consecutive payments to the designated bank account of Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd. Your Membership will commence on the date the first instalment is received upon completion of the application, and continue until you submit a written cancellation notice no earlier than after the 12 payments are fulfilled. If payment cannot be taken from your nominated bank or building society, Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd will contact you. You may be liable for a reasonable administration charge arising as a result of any default. Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd reserve the right to charge interest at the annual rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate in the event of a default from the date the payment falls due until the date it is paid.
8. Your Membership or Pass may not be cancelled or terminated during the minimum term. You are committing to the Membership or Pass for 12 months and refunds are not permitted. The Membership or Pass cannot be transferred to another individual or delayed to another time.
9. In purchasing a Membership, you will be required to provide the following:
a. Full Name;
b. Date of Birth;
c. A Photograph which will be provided by yourself upon sign up
d. Residential Address; and
e. For Adult Members or Pass Holders, a contact telephone number and email address.
f. For Child Members or Pass Holders, a lead adult’s name, contact telephone number and email address for correspondence.
g. Any correspondence and mailings will be sent only to lead adult at the address and/or email address supplied in the application form.
10. The prices of all Memberships are reviewed periodically. Following your initial 12 month term, Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd is entitled to change the price payable for its current and all future Memberships, at its absolute discretion. Should Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd change the price payable for its Membership, it will advise existing Members or Pass Holders at least 30 days in advance of the change.
11. A Membership Card and/or Pass is only valid when used and/or presented by the named Member or Pass Holder as printed on the card.
12. The authorised Member or Pass Holder must show their Membership Card/Pass at the entrance each time they visit Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. Photocopies or a photograph of a Membership Card/Pass will not be accepted.
13. Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to any Member or Pass Holder who is unable to show a valid Membership Card/Pass on request.
14. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party. The Membership Card/Pass will automatically become void without a refund if sold, loaned or given away, or any attempt is made to sell, loan or give it away.
15. A Membership Card/Pass can be withdrawn in the event of any fraud or misuse by the Member or Pass Holder, or any third party, without a refund or compensation.
16. Lost membership passes can be replaced for an admin fee of £4.99
17. Membership Cards/Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher, unless otherwise stated. Members or Pass Holder, are only entitled to the discounts stated in these Terms, or such other discounts as made available to Members or Pass Holder, from time to time at Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd’s discretion.
18. All children visiting Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years and over.
19. Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. reserves the right to refuse entry to any Member or Pass Holder, or to escort them off the premises, as a result of any unreasonable behaviour. Unreasonable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:
a. any conduct which is, or could be reasonably considered to be, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, violent or insulting;
b. any disregard to the specific site rules of Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd;
c. any disruption caused to other Members or Pass Holders, visitors or staff;
d. any behaviour deemed to be in contravention of these Terms by Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd
20. Such behaviour will not be tolerated and Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. reserves the right to cancel Membership, without refund or compensation in these circumstances. Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. additionally reserves the right to refuse renewal of the Membership at any time where such behaviour has occurred.
21. Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. reserves the right to alter the opening and closing times as and when necessary and will endeavour to provide Members or Pass Holders with reasonable notice of any changes where possible.
22. After you have completed your Direct Debit 12-month minimum term, you can cancel your Membership by contacting Quex Adventure Farm Park ltd. at any time, by supplying a 30 day written notice via letter or email.
23. In order to cancel a direct debit, at the time of cancellation, your Membership payments must be up to date.
